Ok, I'm new at this but I've made some recolours:

I love the blue!
Purple!
Electric Blue!
It's like the female version!
Ohh, Torchic looks a bit off colour! Is it a little chilly being blue?!

your recolors are
nice although recolors don't require much effort you can make them look good
and i'll say you've done a great job on that

just two pointers:
-don't save as jpg
i don't know if it's because of your image host or something else
try to save as png
cause you wont lose colors that way and most image hosting thingy's accept png

-and last but certainly not least
have fun with spriting
